AutoCAD users take note!

Make sure OSNAP is OFF before running AutoTOPO scripts

Dec 2000 -- AutoCAD 2000 seems to have OSNAP ON when installed.
This causes AutoTOPO script files to create really bizarre graphics.

AutoTOPO now does Lat-Lon / State Plane Coordinate Conversions

March 2003 -- AutoTOPO can do conversions between Lat-Lon and State Plane or 
between different State Plane zones.
